Instructions
1. Sample processing nucleic acid extraction It is recommended to use the viral nucleic acid co-extraction kit  for nucleic acid extraction of samples. Please follow the instructions of the reagents. 2. Add samples After the qRT-PCR reaction solution is naturally thawed, take 17μl of the PCR tube, add 3μl of the nucleic acid extracted in step 1, cover the tube, mix and centrifuge. 3. PCR amplification 3.1 Place the reaction tube in the fluorescent quantitative PCR reaction tank; 3.2 Set the sample name and channel information.
