PROPERTlES: The anti-infectious activity of oxytetracycline is very large, with bacteriostatic action against a large number of Gram positive and Gram negative bacteria, both aerobic and anaerobic, as well as Mycoplasma and Rickettsia. The broad spectrum of activity and excellent tissue diffusion allows the use of ZAMOXY 20% L.A. as a treatment of choice in several infections encountered in veterinary medicine, particularly: digestive, respiratory and urogenital infections. ZAMOXY 20% L.A. is formulated to obtain a long action. After injection, ZAMOXY 20% L.A.diffuses quickly in the body and maintains effective concentrations, one injection is sufficient for a full treatment.

INDICATIONS: Infections caused by micro-organisms sensitive to oxytetracyclin.

DOSAGE-ROUTE OF ADMINISTRATION:
ZAMOXY 20% L.A. maybe administrated by deep intramuscular injection.
1ml ZAMOXY 20% L.A. per 10 kg body weight, single dose, in case of several infection, repeat the injection after 3 days.

CONTRA-INDICATIONS:Hyper sensitivity to tetracycline. Renale or digestive insufficiency. Combination with penicillins or cephalosporins. Do not use in pregnant females (risk of coloration of foetal cental germs .

SIDE EFFECT: A light focal reaction at injection site may occur.

PRECAUTIONS EMPLOYMENT: Keep out of reach of children, once first dose has been withdrawn, use rapidly to avoid oxidation.
