Pharmacological action: pharmacodynamics This product is effective in removing cattle, sheep, blood spears and some arthropods. It is not effective for the anterior and posterior disk. For most gastrointestinal nematodes, such as Spear nematode, Yangkou nematode and Oesophagus nematode, the removal rate was more than 90. Some sheep twist blood spear nematode strains can develop drug resistance to this product. Sodium cytidine can effectively remove hookworms, but not larvae. Pharmacokinetics closantel has a high plasma protein binding rate (99%>) in sheep, resulting in a half-life of 14.5 days. Drugs are excreted mainly through feces (80%) and less than 0.5% of drugs are excreted through urine.
Drug interaction: closantel can be combined with benzimidazole or levamisole.

Usage and dosage: Subcutaneous or intramuscular injection, One dose, each kg bodyweight, cattle 0.05~0.1 ml; sheep 0.1~0.2.
