Florfenicol Oral Solution 10%
COMPOSITION:
Contains per gram:
- Florfenicol 100 mg
INDICATIONS:
For the treatment of:
- Gastrointestinal and respiratory tract infections caused by Florfenicol sensitive micro organisms such as Actinobacillus spp, Pasteurella spp, Salmonella spp, Streptococcus spp and E. Coli.
TARGET ANIMALS: Poultry.
DOSAGE AND ROUTE OF ADMINISTRATION:
For oral administration through the drinking water. Shake well before use.
Dosage: 100 ml per 100 litres of drinking water, during 3 consecutive days.
Medicated drinking water should be used within 24 hours. This product therefore needs to be changed daily. Absorption of water from other sources during treatment should be avoided. This product should not be used in automatic drinkers (proportioner) if water hardness is higher than 275 ppm.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:
Meat: 9 days.
Eggs: 9 days.
SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS FOR USE
Clean the drinking pots thoroughly in order to prevent re-infection and sediment.
Avoid placing drinking water in the sunlight.
Estimate correctly the animal weight in order to avoid the under, and overdoses.
