Brucellosis antibody test card instruction
Test principle:
The product uses rapid immunochromatography to detect Brucella antibodies. Add
the diluted sample to the hole on the test card. If there is a Brucella antibody in the
sample, the antibody will specifically bind to the colloidal gold-labeled Brucella LPS
antigen to form a complex and move along the chromatography membrane. It is
captured by the pre-coated protein on the chromatography membrane and forms a
wine red test line at the T position. If there is no Brucella antibody in the sample, no
visible lines will form at the T position. In addition, a C line used to verify the
effectiveness of the experiment is also designed in the system. Negative or positive
results, the line should be colored, otherwise it is considered invalid.

Used for rapid screening of Brucella antibodies in samples.
Storage
1. Stored in a dry place at 2°C~30°C, and should not be frozen.
2. Avoid direct sunlight.
3. Shelf life: 24 months from the production date.
