This Product Uses Rapid Immunochromatography Technology For The Detection Of Brucella Antibodies. After The Diluted Sample Is Added To The Test Paper Card And The Sample Hole Is Added, If There Is Brucella Antibody In The Sample, The Antibody Will Specifically Bind To The Colloidal Gold Labeled Brucella Lps Antigen To Form a Complex That Moves Along The Chromatographic Membrane And Is Captured By The Protein Precoated On The Chromatographic Membrane, Forming a Wine Red Detection Line At The Position T Of The Stuck Shell. If There Is No Brucella Antibody In The Sample, There Will Be No Visible Line At The T Position. In Addition, a C-Line Is Also Designed To Verify The Validity Of The Experiment. No Matter The Result Is Negative Or Positive, The Line Should Be Colored, Otherwise The Result Is Invalid.
